Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse is proud to announce its role as the official restaurant sponsor of Nolcha Fashion Week: New York. Nolcha will showcase Fall/Winter 2015 season designs February 11-15 at Pier 59 Studios.
Continuing in their seventh consecutive year, and held during New York Fashion Week, Nolcha is one of the city’s leading platforms for global independent fashion designers. This season Katty Xiomara returns with a runway showcase of her RE-evolution collection. Additional shows include the “Ones to Watch” collective featuring emerging brands Charles & Ron, Yvette Hass, Haute Athletics, and Mitsouly, and an evening show which features established international brands such as Prieston, Ann Himsel and Danny Nguyen Couture.
Nolcha Fashion Week will kick off with a celebratory opening night dinner at Fogo de Chão on Wednesday, February 11 where guests will enjoy an authentic Brazilian culinary experience and musical performances by rising stars Ophelia Cache and Tyler Dumont. On Thursday, February 12, Fogo will host the Fashion and Media Preview Lounge during which NFL players Rashad Jennings, Walter Thurmond III and Rodney Mcleod will model designs by Schuyler 4, a collective of the menswear brands Alberto, Carl Gross, Codice and Haupt. Fogo will cap off the week by serving signature cocktails during the runway shows on Sunday, February 15.

Coinciding with Nolcha Fashion Week festivities, Fogo de Chão will welcome guests over Valentine’s Day weekend to enjoy an elegant meal with loved ones. As a special thank you, guests who dine Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15 will receive a Valentine’s Card, good for a complimentary lunch or dinner towards their next visit*. The complete experience at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse features an extensive variety of delectable, fire-roasted meats that are specially carved by gaucho chefs to each guest’s preference. Diners can enjoy selections such as the house specialty picanha sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, lamb chops, center cut bone-in pork chop, and chicken wrapped in bacon, to name a few. Additionally, Fogo offers a colorful gourmet Market Table with an abundance of fresh and seasonal choices. Southern Brazilian side dishes such as pão de queijo (warm gluten-free cheese bread), crispy hot polenta, and caramelized bananas are served family style. A tempting dessert menu, creative and classic cocktails, and an award-winning wine list complement the dining experience. Lighter options include newly-introduced seafood selections and the gourmet Market Table only option.
