Independent shoe brand James Carletons will showcase their Spring/Summer 2017 collection during New York Fashion Week at the Nolcha Shows Fashion Media Lounge on September 12th 2016 at the Bryant Park Hotel.
The Nolcha Shows, held during New York Fashion Week and now its in eighth year, is one of the city’s leading platforms for global independent fashion designers. This seasons sponsors NeoGrid for Fashion, Citibank, JR Ewing Bourbon.
Albanian-American designer Elona Appleby emerged into the fashion world at the early age of 18 leaving her mark on some of the world’s largest cosmetic lines. From business manager to attending countless fashion shows during her career her passion to start her own label emerged. Inspired by her multicultural background and the combination of the names of her two sons, the James Carletons brand was born. James Carletons shoes are made in Italy. Growing up in Albania, Greece and Italy, Elona is inspired by history.

The East Africa Trade and Investment hub will present APRELLEDUANY, I am I, Mafi and Sammy Handmade.
